I have seen the effects of dance and movement through my work as a dance and exercise teacher. The impact that movement has on our mood, spirit and emotions is profound. Depending on your ability and need I will take you through a series of movements working on releasing stuck or stagnant energy, whilst grounding you through movement, breathing and visualisation work. Certain movements and exercises relate directly to specific chakras, the most out of the balance chakra, being the root. In my experience most of us need to develop a stronger connection to our bodies and learn how to listen to what our body is telling us.
